Public Notice: Boat Launch Improvements

Our Parks and Recreation and Transportation Services staff have been working over at the Mag's Landing public boat launch for the last few days installing a brand-new metal grate in the water and adding gravel and rock in and around the launch.

Staff finished installation and clean-up earlier today and have reopened the launch for public use.

This work was completed as part of the 2026 capital budget. Improvements to the boat launch make it safer and more accessible for everyone and their boats.
