Nominations for candidates open 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Nominations or withdrawal cannot be accepted after 2:00 p.m.

Certification of Nomination Papers, and declaration the candidate(s) elected by acclamation.
What is a Declaration of Acclamation?
Candidates my be acclaimed to a position of council if the number of certified candidates for an office is the same as or less than the number to be elected. What this means is if there are three or less candidates running for a councillor position, or only one candidate running for Mayor or Deputy Mayor without opposition, those candidates will be acclaimed to their seat on council on this date after 4 p.m.

Vote from home, or at the Voter Help Centre before voting day.
