November 1st Marks the Start of Winter Season for the Roads Department

As the last of the autumn leaves fall 🍂 and hunting season begins 🦌, November 1st also marks the official start of winter operations for the Roads Department. ❄️

Our Crew has been hard at work preparing for the first snowfall, while hoping that it doesn’t happen anytime soon! 🤞🏼 Trucks have been serviced and calibrated, wings have been installed, GPS systems have been checked, and all the fleet equipment has been readied for the season ahead. The Roads Crew has also been working on fall grading and replacing priority culverts, to ensure our roads are in top shape before winter sets in.

We’re proud of our incredible Roads Crew here at Marmora and Lake and, as we head into the winter plowing season, we kindly remind everyone to drive safely and be patient.
