Recycling Collection Schedule Changes NEXT WEEK!

Starting on Monday, July 21st, The Municipality of Marmora and Lake has transitioned to an enhanced recycling system.

Marmora and Lake’s recycling program is now managed by Circular Materials, who is the administrator of the common collection system and a not-for-profit organization that is committed to building an efficient and effective recycling system in Ontario.

As part of this transition, residents can expect to have a convenient, consistent, and effective recycling system that will improve recycling rates – benefiting people and our planet.

This transition will not result in changes to the materials you can recycle.

NEW COLLECTION DAY

  • Residential Properties: Please note, your weekly recycling collection schedule HAS changed, effective NEXT WEEK. Marmora and Lake is split into three zones, with collection on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Check the new schedule at circularmaterials.ca/marmora-and-lake or consult the maps below to confirm your collection day.

  • Industrial, Commercial & Institutional Properties:

    • Thursdays, regardless of location

    • Have materials to the curb by 6:00 a.m., with containers/glass/plastic in a clear bag and fibers bundled or in a blue box
