Central Hastings Support Network's NEW Village Transit Program

CHSN has recently announced that their Village Transit service has officially launched! Do you live out of town and have trouble getting in for appointments, to run errands or to visit family and friends? This program is for you! Rides are available from your home to the nearest village (and back home again) on the following days.

• Tuesdays: Madoc & Township

• Wednesdays: Tweed

• Thursdays: Marmora

• Fridays: Stirling

Rides are $5 one-way, and pre-booking is required.

This service will continue into 2026 and, as demand grows, CHSN hopes to expand their schedule to offer multiple ride days in each village each week!
