Notice of Special Planning Meeting

There will be a special Planning Meeting scheduled for June 19, 2018 immediately following the regular Meeting of Council to consider a rezoning application for subject lands located Lot 12, Concession 6, Registered Plan 21R6109, Part 3, Bell Road.

The purpose and effect of the  proposed zoning bylaw amendment is to rezone the subject lands from Marginal Agricultural (MA) Zone to Special Rural Residential- X (RR-11) Zone.  The Rural Residential (RR) Zone  will recognize the size of the lot area and the permitted residential use.  The special provision will recognize a small engine repair business that is to be located on the subject lands.

Notice was provided in the paper on May 11, 2018 to be dealt with at the June 5th Planning Meeting.  This matter was deferred at that time for further information to June 19, 2018.
