Special Closed Session Joint Council Meeting

Take notice that the Council of the Township of Havelock-Belmont- Methuen will hold a Special Closed Session Joint Council Meeting with the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake on MONDAY, APRIL 16, 2018.

This Special Closed Session Joint Council Meeting is held under authority of Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 for litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 for advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

The meeting will commence at 1:30 p.m. and will be held in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Council Chamber located at 1 Ottawa Street East in Havelock. This meeting is closed to the public.
