The Community Hub offers local businesses and organizations office space in the centre of town that can be utilized for private meetings. The space is accessible, welcoming and can provide essential supports and services to residents through mixed-use services that may otherwise only be offered in city centers such as Belleville, Trenton, or elsewhere.

Amenities:

  • Connect to the library Wifi

  • Elevator

  • Bathroom and kitchen

  • 3 small offices with desk, office chair(s), and power sources

  • Conference room with a table and meeting chairs

Each office is private and suitable for multi-use, including confidential meetings with clients.

Rates:

  • Small Office (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.): $25/day

  • Small Office (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.): $10/hour

  • Boardroom (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.): $50/day

  • Boardroom (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.): $20/hour

  • Monthly Rentals: 50% of daily fees
