Marmora and Lake's Community Ambassador Program featured in Hastings County podcast!

Maybe you’ve noticed the posters and signs around town… The Municipality of Marmora and Lake's Economic Development Advisory Committee’s initiative - the Community Ambassador Program - aims to strengthen our community through connections and genuine information provided by passionate community members.

Those seeking information about various aspects of life in Marmora and Lake, and/or looking to make a connection with someone local, can complete the online form (on the municipal website) to make an initial connection: https://marmoraandlake.ca/community-ambassador-program They are then connected with an Ambassador (or Ambassadors) based on their area(s) of interest and the Ambassadors take it from there!

Word about the program is spreading, so EDAC chair, Councillor Eric Daoust, and Member Anne MacNeill were asked to participate in Hastings County’s Economic Development and Tourism podcast, “I Left the City.” The episode went live on YouTube this morning and we are so excited to share it with you!
