Public Notice: Important Voter Information Letter Update

The Municipality is informing voters of an important update to the Voter Information Letter.

Marmora and Lake’s voting vendor, Neuvote, had a technical issue that resulted in a change to the English telephone voting phone number for the 2026 Municipal Election.

This means that Voter Information Letters mailed out the first week of October include an inactive phone number. The new number for English telephone voting is: 1-825-201-1755.

Shortly, all registered voters will receive a postcard in the mail with the new English telephone voting phone number on it. An example of the postcard is shown below.

For those voting by telephone, please use the new number shown on the postcard to vote during the Voting Period, from October 19 to 26.

All other information in the original Voter Information Letter, including voter PINs, online voting information, and the French telephone voting system phone number, is still valid.
