Update: August 18, 2025- Wildfire HAL018

According to this morning's MNR briefing, wildfire HAL018 has now been classified as out. 

The Municipality of Marmora and Lake extends our sincere gratitude to the MNR and their fire crews for their tireless work and dedication. We also wish to thank the fire services of Wollaston, Limerick, and Marmora and Lake for their diligence and support throughout this time.

As a reminder, a complete fire ban remains in place for the entire Municipality of Marmora and Lake.
