Public Notice: Potable Water at Fire Hall, Warming Centre at Tourism Centre

Please be advised that there is potable water available at the Marmora Fire Hall. The outdoor tap is on the front of the building, to the west. If you have family, friends or neighbours who are still without power and are needing water, please let them know.

Also, the Tourism Centre will be open today (March 31st, 2025) from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. should anyone need to use the washrooms, charge devices or get warmed up.

Likewise, brush can be dropped off at the Marmora Landfill for free over the next couple of weeks as clean-up from the storm continues.

Thank you to the Roads Crew for working hard through the storm to make roads passable. Staff are continuing to clear brush and deal with fallen trees today, and in the days to come. Thank you for your patience as they work as quickly and safely as possible.
