Notice Of Reduced Load Restrictions

Load restrictions start March 1st, 2021 on all municipal roads in the Municipality of Marmora and Lake.

Reduced loads are necessary to protect the integrity of the Municipal road system during the winter thaw. Enforcement of half-load restrictions will commence once half-load signs are erected.

Persons contravening this regulation will be prosecuted under Section 122 of The Highway Traffic Act.
