NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the following application under Section 45 of the Planning Act will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment via virtual meeting, streamed live on the Municipal YouTube channel, on the 7th day of December 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

Applications for two minor variances for the property located at:

  • 136 Deloro Road, Marmora and Lake, legally described as Part of Lot 8, Concession 8, Part 1 on 21R-20668 (Marmora Township)

The applicant has requested relief for two proposed accessory buildings from the following policy:

  • Section 7.3.b (Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2003-11): The maximum height of an accessory building 4.5 metres (14.8 feet) whereas a height of 5.75 metres (18.86 feet) is proposed.

  • Section 7.3.b (Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 2003-11): The maximum height of an accessory building 4.5 metres (14.8 feet) whereas a height of 5.9 metres (19.4 feet) is proposed.

Signed, written submissions in favour of or in opposition to the minor variance to Bylaw No. 2003-11, as amended, should be mailed to the Deputy Clerk, Jennifer Bennett, prior to the hearing date. Alternatively, you may register to give an oral submission to the Committee. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect to the application, you must submit a written request to the Committee. This will entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearing on this application.
