Service Ontario to Reopen by Appointment June 1, 2020

Marmora and Lake’s Service Ontario will reopen the week of June 1, 2020. Staff will be in office on Monday to answer the phone and book appointments, which will start Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

Please be patient when calling to make an appointment. Staff will be busy addressing the backlog and will do their best to assist everyone.

If you require an appointment with Service Ontario please call them during their regular hours of operation, starting June 1, 2020:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

  • Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

COVID-19 Meeting Policy:

  • Members of the public must wear a face mask

  • Individuals should sanitize their hands before and after the meeting

  • Enter through east door and exit through north door.

  • Maintain 2 metre distance with staff and all customers.

  • Plexiglass or a more permanent structure will be installed.

  • Only 2 customers in the Service Ontario/Tourism office at any time unless the transaction requires more than one person at the desk.
