Water and sewer bills are issued once every two months in Marmora and Lake. The bill is based on meter readings for approximately a two-month period of time.
There is a fee of $50 for water services to be shut off or turned on during office hours. After hours the fee increases to $150.

Are you moving? Please contact Kiley to arrange for final billing.
If you are new to Marmora, please contact Kiley to set up your new water and sewer account and proper mailing address. You will need to contact the post office to sign up for postal box.
eBilling
If you would like to receive your utility bills by email, please complete the eBilling sign up form (above) and return it to the office, or email it to ar@marmoraandlake.ca. Your eBill will come from ebilling@marmoraandlake.ca, and may end up in your junk folder.
Pre-Authorized Payments
If you would like to sign up for pre-authorized payments for your utility bills, please complete the form (above) and return it to the office, or e-mail it to ar@marmoraandlake.ca. Please include a void cheque or a direct deposit slip from your bank along with the form. Your utility account must be at a $0 balance before being set up for P.A.P.
Utility payments are withdrawn from your account on the due date of each bill. There is a $50 fee applied to your utility account for non-sufficient funds, and your account can be removed from pre-authorized payments if this occurs repeatedly. For questions, please contact Kiley.
There is a 1.25% monthly finance charge on all over due accounts. Please see bylaw 2024-05 above for all fees and rules pertaining to municipal services.
