Your feedback is important!
Thank you to those who have already completed the Municipal Facility Rental Survey! This is a very important issue for the community and your feedback is imperative. For those who haven’t had a chance to complete the survey yet, please plan to take some time over the weekend to do so.
Surveys are somewhat limited in what they can capture. If you have further/specific input that you would like Council to consider about this (or any) issue, remember that the following options are always available to you:
Write a letter to Council - Letters addressed to Council are included in the “Correspondence For Direction” section of the agendas for Regular Meetings of Council, held bi-monthly. Letters can be delivered/mailed to Town Hall or sent via email to the Clerk.
Speak as a Delegation - You can apply to appear as a Delegation before Council at a Regular Meeting, where you will have 15 minutes to speak about the issue listed on your Request for Delegation Form, which can be found here. Completed forms can also be delivered/mailed to Town Hall or sent via email to the Clerk.
Participate in Public Input - This is an item on every Regular Agenda that provides the opportunity for anyone present at the meeting to speak to Council for 3 minutes regarding any item on that agenda. You do not need to register beforehand for Public Input.
Connect with Council directly - Council members are your elected representatives. You are welcome and encouraged to reach out to them about any issues that are important to you, at any time. You can reach each of them by email: Mayor Jan O’Neill, Deputy Mayor Mike Stevens, Councillor Eric Daoust, Councillor Ron Derry, Councillor Jane Lakatos.
Thank you for your feedback!
