Spring Thaw Road Conditions

Please note that during the spring thaw roads can get very soft. The Transportation Department is maintaining roads as required but is limited in the amount of work they can do when the roads are saturated. Equipment can be damaged and further damage can be done to the road during this time.

The department will address as many issues as they can, but some areas will have to dry out before repairs are completed.

Please be patient during this season. Drive safely and adhere to the half load restrictions.
