Everyone is welcome to set up a table in our May Madness Bicentennial Bazaar. All proceeds are going to the Municipal Bicentennial in 2021.

The Municipality of Marmora and Lake has the right to approve or decline applications.

event details:

  1. Date/Time: Saturday, May 11, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

  2. Location: Marmora Arena and Community Centre, 28 Victoria Street

  3. All information for vendors will be sent through email.

  4. Vendors applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis

    • Applicants will be contacted by email to inform them of the status of their application.

    • Approved vendors will be emailed payment options.

    • Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment.

  5. Vendor spaces are 8 ft x 10 ft: $10 each

  6. Tables can be reserved for a fee of $10 each

  7. Chairs will be available for vendors to grab during set up

  8. A map and location of your space will be provided prior to the event


  1. Set up time is Friday, May 10 (9:00 am to 7:00 pm); and Saturday, May 11 (7:00 am to 9:00 am).

    • Vendors MUST be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday, May 11, 2019 when the doors open.

  2. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event.

  3. Vendors must tear down their space immediately following the event. The Municipality does not take responsibility for items left behind.

  4. Cancellations should be emailed to by Friday, April 26, 2019 in order for a refund to be processed.
