Everyone is welcome to set up a table in our May Madness Bicentennial Bazaar. All proceeds are going to the Municipal Bicentennial in 2021. If you are interested in being a vendor please fill out the form below and await further instructions. We will review all applications and will send payment options via email* once the application is approved. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment.

The Municipality of Marmora and Lake has the right to approve or decline applications. Applicants will be contacted as soon as possible to inform them of the status of their application.

*If you do not have an email please create one or ask a friend or family member if you can use theirs. All information for vendors will be sent through email.

Quick Facts:

  1. Vendors applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis

  2. Vendor spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft ($10)

  3. Vendors can request two spaces ($20) - approval will depend on demand for space and will be given in order of request.

  4. The municipality can provide an 8 ft table for a fee of $10 (max of 1 per space)

  5. A map and location of your space will be provided prior to the event

  6. Set up time will be available Friday, May 10, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday, May 11, from 7:00 am until 9:00 am.

  7. Vendors MUST be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday, May 11, 2019 when the event starts
