electronic billing
Go Paperless!
Sign up and you will receive a PDF version of your utility (water and sewer) and/or tax bill delivered directly to your email account. The eBill will look exactly the same as your current paper bill.
How does electronic billing work?
Once your eBilling service has been activated, your future bills will be electronically delivered to the email address you provided. Customers may sign up more than one utility or property account for eBilling.
What if I change my mind and want to revert back to paper billing?
If you ever decide to withdraw from eBilling, simply provide your name, property address, property roll number, and utility account number (if applicable) in an email request to eBilling@marmoraandlake.ca or contact the Utilities Clerk at 613-472-2629 ext. 2222, or the Tax Clerk at 613-472-2629 ext. 2223.
Please note:
It is the customer's responsibility to complete a new enrollment form if there is a change to the email address where the utility or property tax bill is being sent and also to notify the Utility or Tax Clerk if a bill has not been received.
Customers using the eBilling service are subject to standard late fees if applicable.
Only original bills will be sent via the eBill service. Statements and arrears notices are sent via regular Canada Post mail, and arrears statement fees will apply in accordance with the municipal user fees bylaw.
Please add eBilling@marmoraandlake.ca to your email's safe list/contact list to ensure eBills are sent directly to your inbox.
